Hey, it's been awhile.
I have a new computer now, but all of my old SAI resources are on my old hard drive. Whether or not I return to creating more remains to be seen.

Figured I'd stop by here to see what's happening, and then I realized that I don't really like it here much any more.
But, it's still an interesting snapshot of my artistic history, so I shall continue to add to my gallery.
That's probably all.

I will most likely continue to be difficult to communicate with, regretfully.

Welp, I'm getting overwhelmed again, so I'm sorry if I haven't responded to your comment/problem/whateverthing. I have been sending out a large number of llamas, so if you get one, and you don't know why, it's probably because you're in my messages for whatever reason (comments/group things/etc).  Take heart! Anyways, school's been busy. I'm starting to apply for summer research positions, so wish me luck in finding an awesome thing to keep me out of the house

One more question for you guys: do any of you have problems responding to things? Like texts, emails, phone calls, comments on dA.
Over winter break, I suffered from a panic attack when I was attempting to write an email to a past mentor. A lot of the time, I just won't respond to communication because the prospect of doing so simply causes way too much stress. But now, I'm at a point where I will need to be in constant communication with potential research mentors at labs and (gulp) grad schools, and I've resorted to doing everything I can to avoid writing these emails.

But yeah. I was looking through my message inbox, and saw a ton of things that I just haven't responded to because the potential for panic is way too high, and I thought, hmm, I should probably do something about this problem.

I'm working on things! I promise!

December, if you're not aware, is Pokemon Profile Picture Month on Facebook. This is my third year participating, but I decided to mix it up a little bit and draw my profile picture. The kicker is I had to do a new one every day. So come January, expect a huge dump of all my Pokemon profile pictures from December. It'll be good, I promise! I already feel like I've improved a lot as an artist, so I may continue this sort of thing in the future. It is pretty exhausting though. Maybe at the end, I'll finally get around to doing that Pokemon Type meme I've always wanted to do. The problem is all the pokemon I like share the same three or so types (dragon, ground, steel) except for Heracross haha. But I'll figure it out.

Well damn, this has been a crazy semester Working on responding to a backlog of comments, though since most of them seem to be along the lines of "can't get this to work," I probably won't get around to all of them. But I appreciate each and every comment and fav that I get! Llamas too. I try to llama back when I can

Been watching Mushi-shi lately, which has been so gorgeous and inspiring, so I've been doing quite a bit more digital art lately. You guys will probably see a crapload of sketchdumps at the end of the semester, and maybe a new SAI brush set.

I'm going through a bit of a tough time recently, feeling down about myself, and shutting everyone out. If I don't respond to you, I'm really really sorry - I never expected my SAI stuff to be this popular, and it's a little freaky to me   I do appreciate the support, and am working on a 4th brush pack, hopefully some new textures too. I wish there was a way to get around the 512 x 512 limit for textures, since the repeating pattern thing gets a little annoying.

Anyway, thanks again, and let me know if you have any resource suggestions for SAI!
